Monika has more than 10 years of experience in public procurement, including the IT, waste and construction sectors, as well as in contract management. She represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts. Monika has been with KDKH since 2011. She deals with issues related to public procurement law, copyright and intellectual property law, commercial and civil law. She is an experienced trainer of public procurement. She is fluent in English.

Piotr specializes in intellectual property and new technology law. His experience includes negotiating contracts in business transactions, particularly in the IP/IT field. Piotr has provided legal services to clients in the media industry, including television and telecommunications. He advised on media rights agreements to major sports events. He has also handled litigation between business entities, including disputes in the field of intellectual property law, claims arising from violations of antitrust law and disputes concerning protection of personal rights.

Karolina deals with public procurement law issues, and provides legal services to both contracting authorities and contractors. She is fluent in English and speaks conversational French and Spanish.

Jacek handles civil litigation, including commercial and family cases. He has also represented local government units before courts. For several years Jacek has also provided legal assistance at free legal aid points.

Aneta specializes in public procurement, civil and administrative law. She advises contracting authorities and contractors in the course of public procurement proceedings, as well as within the framework of proceedings conducted in the so-called Competitiveness Base. She represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and the Public Procurement Court. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, as well as advising on disputes arising out of contract execution. Tomasz specializes in civil litigation. In his career he has served as a Coordinator of the Legal Aid Center at the Social Foundation and at the Precursor Social Policy Foundation. He was a contributing editor to the advocate trainees’ magazine "Young Palestra". He conducted trainings on soft skills and principles of work organization. As an expert he provided commentaries to "Rzeczpospolita", "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna", and "Prawo.pl". Tomasz also cooperated with the Family Law Team at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, with which he authored a number of articles. He strives to resolve cases as efficiently as possible, which makes him a consistently successful person in his professional and private life.

Since 2010, Beata has continuously cooperated with leading banks in Poland as a legal advisor in financing real estate and investment projects. She prepares comprehensive loan documentation, including documents for legal security of loan repayment. In addition to providing services to the financial sector, she specializes in real estate issues, conducting numerous legal due diligence of real estate on behalf of both banks and entities from the SME sector. Beata has extensive experience in providing services to commercial companies. For more than a decade she has been a member of supervisory boards in commercial companies. Since 2019, she has been a permanent mediator at the District Court in Warsaw.

Filip gained his professional experience while working for one of the largest Big Four auditing and consulting companies, and at a leading Polish law firm. He deals with all tax issues, in particular VAT, PIT, CIT, real estate tax, excise tax, as well as procedural aspects – tax inspections, customs and fiscal inspections, tax and administrative court proceedings. He has extensive experience in the implementation of tax credits and savings, as well as in transaction tax consulting. Filip is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. An author of publications and articles on tax law in daily and specialized press, he also publishes commentaries on the LEX website.

Jakub specializes in public procurement, commercial and civil law. He advises contracting authorities and contractors in the course of public procurement procedure. He also provides legal services at the appeal stage before the National Appeals Chamber. His practice includes drafting and providing opinions on commercial contracts, as well as advising on disputes arising out of contract execution. Jakub has experience in providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs from the construction, ICT and IT sectors. He speaks English.

Michał specializes in public procurement and civil law. He advises clients on investments in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He also supports contracting authorities and contractors in tender proceedings, dispute resolution in public procurement proceedings, as well as matters related to spending public funds (including the EU funds).

A graduate of the Faculty of Political Science at the Aleksander Gieysztor Academy of Humanities in Pułtusk. At KDKH she is responsible for the organization of the office and supporting the partners and the team members. She has held the position of the Office Manager since 2012.
