Katarzyna Dajczer

Karol Kamiński

Partner, an attorney-at-law, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

He has been managing complex public procurement projects on behalf of contracting authorities and contractors for more than a decade. Karol has represented parties before the Panel of Arbitrators, the National Chamber of Appeal and the District Court on numerous occasions. He has also represented clients before the Constitutional Tribunal and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg. An author of publications in “Rzeczpospolita” and “Gazeta Prawna” daily newspapers. Robert Krynicki

Partner, an attorney-at-law, a member of the Lublin Bar Association

He has been dealing with public procurement matters since 1995. Robert advises on the entire course of investment process, including the stage of execution and settlement of the contract. He represents clients before the National Chamber of Appeal, common courts, arbitration courts and the Supreme Court, as well as before adjudication commissions in cases related to violation of public finance discipline. Robert focuses on both substantive and procedural aspects of awarding and executing public contracts. Paweł Cieślik

An attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in advising on public economic law. He lectures at the Warsaw Bar Association. Paweł focuses on public procurement law, investment and infrastructure projects (including railway and road), public finances and administrative law. Michał Heromiński

Piotr Kaflik

A Counsel, an advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

He specialises in intellectual property law and new technologies. His experience includes negotiating contracts in business transactions, in particular in the IP/IT area. He provided legal services to clients in the media industry, including television and telecommunications. He advised on the conclusion of contracts for media rights to major sports events. He conducted litigation between business entities, including disputes in the field of intellectual property law, claims arising from infringement of antitrust law and disputes in the field of protection of personal rights.

Katarzyna Wyzgał

An advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

A graduate of BA studies in Finance and Accounting at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in Modern Technologies Law at Kozminski University. She has been working at KDKH since 2011. Katarzyna deals with public procurement, commercial and civil law cases, advising and representing both domestic and foreign clients. She has security clearance authorizing access to classified information (SECRET, NATO SECRET, EU SECRET and ESA SECRET). Katarzyna is fluent in English and speaks conversational French and Spanish. 

Karolina Posadzy-Trocińska

An advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

She completed postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the European Public Procurement Law course organized by the Academy of European Law ERA. Shspecializes in public procurement law mattersand provides legal services for both contracting authorities and contractors. Karolina assists clients at every stage of a public contract award procedure, including consultancy regarding contract performance, as well as negotiations and resolution of disputes. Shhas extensive experience in representing clients before the National Chamber of Appeal and in complaint procedures. Her practice covers also civil, competition and economic law, as well as dispute resolution. She is fluent in English. 

Aneta Szepietowska

Monika Dzilińska-Buraczyńska

An attorney-at-law, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

She completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the European Public Procurement Law course organized by the Academy of European Law ERA. Monika has over 10 years of experience in the field of public procurement, including the IT, waste and construction sectors, as well as in contract management. She represents clients before the National Chamber of Appeal and common courts. Monika has been working at KDKH since 2011. She deals with matters related to public procurement, copyright and intellectual property law, as well as commercial and civil law. She is an experienced lecturer in the field of public procurement. Monika is fluent in English. 

Joanna Żochowska

She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, both domestic and foreign, with particular focus on clients from the German-speaking countriesShe also advises public sector institutions. Joanna specializes in litigation, law of obligations, as well as labour law. 

Tomasz Gołembiewski

An advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

He   specializes in civil litigation. During his professional career, Tomasz has held positions such as the Coordinator of the Legal Aid Centre at the Social Foundation and at the Prekursor Social Policy Foundation. He was a supporting editor of the magazine for advocate trainees “Młoda Palestra“. Tomasz conducted trainings on soft skills and project management principles. As an expert he provided commentaries for “Rzeczpospolita”, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Prawo.pl”. He also cooperated with the Family Law Team at the Commissioner for Human Rights office, with which he wrote a number of articles. Tomasz strives to resolve cases as efficiently as possible, which enables him to achieve successes both in his professional and private life. 

Jacek Golan

An Advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association

He graduated from law studies at the University of Warsaw, then he completed his general legal training at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Krakow and next his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.  He deals with civil proceedings, including commercial and family cases. He has also represented local government units in court. For several years, he has also been providing legal assistance at free legal aid points.

 

 

Michał Rozbiewski

He specializes in public procurement and broadly defined civil law. Michał advises clients in the course of civil and administrative proceedings. He assists contracting authorities and contractors in procurement matters, controls of public contract award procedures and spending public funds.

Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of Aleksander Gieysztor Academy of Humanities in PułtuskAt KDKH she is responsible for the organization of the office and supporting partners and the team members. She has been the office manager since 2012.
